Hey gang,
Below, for your viewing pleasure and the greater edification of the world, is the most embarassing video I’ve ever posted. To be honest, I recorded this impulsively back in October, and haven’t had the guts to actually post it until now 😬😩
It’s a little ditty I come up with in the shower to convey the importance of practicing mental skills even when it seems like everything is going fine—so they’re easy to access when things get tough.
The lyrics are pretty simple, but the real kicker is the tune—so don’t deprive yourself, go ahead and click that play button, and if what I’m saying (well, singing) speaks to you, let me know in the comments!
Lyrics:
I breathe when it’s easy
I breathe when it’s hard
I do a reset when I get a touch
I do a reset when I get a card
P.S.
I still have a few coaching slots available — If you’re looking for some mental training before Summer Nationals, click here to book a session or if you’d like to learn more, schedule a call with me.
